- Verify your identity and confirm your appointment
- Match you with an appropriate verified therapist
- Communicate appointment details privately and securely
- Process your booking fee payment

Your uploaded documents, photos and personal details are stored securely and are never shared with third parties, advertisers or any external organisations. Only authorised Evokes Care personnel involved in your appointment have access to your data.
4. Data Retention
Your personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfil the service and comply with legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
5. Payment Security
All payments are processed through Razorpay with 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store any payment card information on our servers.
