Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a booking with Evokes Care.
The ₹99 booking fee is non-refundable in most circumstances. Please review the exceptions below.
1. Non-Refundable Booking Fee
The ₹99 prepaid booking fee paid via Razorpay is non-refundable under the following conditions:
- Client cancels the appointment for any reason
- Client does not respond to appointment confirmation contact
- Client fails identity verification
- Client provides incorrect or fraudulent information
- Client is unavailable at the agreed appointment time
2. Eligible Refund Cases
A full refund of the ₹99 booking fee will be issued in the following cases:
- Evokes Care is unable to assign a verified therapist in your city
- The appointment is cancelled by Evokes Care due to operational reasons
- A technical error resulted in a duplicate payment
3. Session Service Fees
The session service fee (paid in cash to the therapist) is non-refundable once the session has commenced. If you have concerns about the quality of service, please contact us within 24 hours at info@evokes.co.in.
4. Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. To request a refund, contact us at info@evokes.co.in with your booking reference and payment ID.
